Deliveries
We’ll ship your order qas quickly as we can, and expect to get it to you within 10 working days of you ordering with us.
We’ll email you know as soon as your order is dispatched so you can be ready to receive it. Sometimes emails go into spam or junk folders so please be sure to check there if you don’t hear from us.
Returns
You have up to 100 nights to try our OCTASmart toppers and mattresses to make sure they are perfect for you.
We hope you’ll be delighted with your OCTAsmart mattress, topper or pillows, but if you’re not for any reason then please get in touch with us at support@octasmart.in and we’ll do our best to help you. It helps us to sort things out quickly if you tell us:
- your order number
- why you’re getting in touch
- please share any photos or other information that might help us.
Please retain your packaging as you’ll need it in case you want to return your mattress, topper or pillow to us.
One we’ve received and processed your refund the money should appear back in your account within 7 days
